Members' Meetings are held annually. Minutes of members' meetings are available here

To secure our Government Grant and as the basis of our Community Share Offer, the team put together a comprehensive Business Plan which sets out our vision, our plan and our financial projections. Our Business Plan was independently assessed, and received the Share Standard Mark.

We are a Community Benefit Society and registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).  We have a set of rules that govern our Society: 'Model Rules'

We raised funds through a Community Share Offer in March - April 2025. Our Share Prospectus set out the conditions of purchasing shares and what it means to be a Member (shareholder). Our Prospectus was independently assessed, and received the Share Standard Mark
