Members' Meeting to elect the Board: 19th June

The Fox will be overseen by a Management Board (the Board), elected from, and by the Members (Shareholders). ​​The role of the Board will be of strategy and oversight, and of support for the General Manager.

Our aim is to have a Management Board that represents all elements of our Community and is diverse and inclusive of all backgrounds, genders, ages and abilities

The Management Board will have accountability and oversight for, and support the General Manager on, the following areas:

• Health & Safety

• Renovation & Building maintenance

• Financial oversight

• Secretarial responsibilities including maintaining the Members’ share register and arranging meetings

• Community liaison

• Operational readiness & compliance
