Since our last update that the new roof and solar panels were installed, the renovation has been continuing at pace. Thank you to Holland & Clay for moving the boiler upstairs, checking compliance, and working on the 1^st fix plumbing. The upstairs rooms will be snug and warm with the new insulation and plaster boarding that the renovation team have been installing – what a difference! And the electrical 1^st fix is underway

Can you help? we are looking for people in our community who could donate time and skills to:

• carpet fitting the upstairs accommodation

• making curtains and other soft furnishings
